About the Rosatom Corporate Academy

One of the strategic goals of Rosatom is to become the best in unlocking the employees' potential. To achieve this goal, the Rosatom Corporate Academy was established in 2012, which today is a key element in the ecosystem for developing human resources and strengthening the corporate culture of Rosatom.

The main goal of the Corporate Academy is supporting the implementation of Rosatom's strategy, ensuring its employee loyalty, providing employees with the necessary knowledge in order to solve today's and future challenges and to harmoniously develop the personalities.

introducing an individual approach to employee training,

development of world-class educational products.

The portfolio of the Corporate Academy includes over 500 educational programs and projects and over 4,000 online training events. Among them are the development of leadership potential and business competencies of employees, management training and training in corporate functions. The Corporate Academy implements ecosystem projects to attract the best graduates and professionals, evaluate personnel, develop a system for training workers and engineers, develop the employees' territory potential and export HR technologies; develop a safe conduct culture, corporate culture and study.

Today we have more than 220 employees and more than 1,200,000 views on training and events.

Awards and achievements

The projects of the Corporate Academy have repeatedly won Russian and international awards. It has the major awards in the field of HR, training and development: ATD (2022), Global CCU Awards (2021, 2019), CIPD People Management Awards (2021, 2020), WNE Awards (2021), Crystal Pyramid (2020).
